Clearwater Sunset Dr. Sewer Main Repairs

The Clearwater River Dene Nation sponsored this project located in Clearwater River, Saskatchewan, a remote community approximately 600 km north of Saskatoon. Work is comprised of the repair of underground utilities, reinstallation of a service connection and roadway repairs. While on site, The Nation took the opportunity to address additional sanitary repairs.

Construction Particulars

• 200mm (111m) storm sewer line replacement between manholes
• Manhole repairs, one lowered and six requiring adjustments and repairs
• Ditch repairs and installation of erosion control measures including foundation improvements and rip rap installation
• Youth Centre sanitary sewer building service repairs; 150mm insulated pipe (34m) with 200mm duct and associated service connection
• Extra work including a residential service replacement and additional sanitary repairs in multiple locations
• Site restoration of roadways including subgrade preparation, traffic gravel placement, CSP culvert installations and driveway approach installations
