Supervisor / Foreman

Option Excavating needs a working supervisor/foreman to run a civil crew out of Spruce Grove. You own production, safety, and quality on your site: plan the day, run the crew, hit grade, and keep the client informed.

What You Will Be Doing

Plan and run daily crew and equipment assignments
Lead FLHAs, toolbox talks, and site safety compliance
Read drawings and set out work; verify line and grade
Track production, timesheets, and daily reports
Coordinate with utility locates, inspectors, and the client
Mentor operators and labourers on the crew

What You Bring

5+ years civil construction experience, 2+ leading a crew
Deep utility and earthworks background
CSTS-2020, Ground Disturbance II, First Aid
Class 5 licence with clean abstract
Comfortable with digital daily reporting

Nice to Have

Leadership for Safety Excellence (LSE) or NCSO progress
Survey/GPS rover experience
Experience with progress billing quantities
